What if I regret my purchase?

Contact us as soon as possible through our Contact form to cancel your order or send an email to info@walinsta.com.

Once an order is placed, it is being sent for printing almost instantly to provide a quick and efficient shipping to all our customers. Contact us in the next 15 minutes if you have noticed an issue or a wrong sizing. After this time frame, your item will be sent for printing.

We are 100% confident you will love your posters, but you are very welcome to decide the prints aren't the right fit anymore once received so we happily accept returns within 30 days of your order being received. No questions asked. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition received and be in the original packaging. Please, kindly contact us before to start the process.

What countries do you ship to?

Walinsta delivers worldwide.
All our products are printed as close as possible to your shipping address. Some of the products might be printed using a print partner outside the country so we can make sure we provide the best quality and the quickest delivery possible.

What if my order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit and after verification and investigation with our shipping providers, we will offer a full refund of the lost order to your bank account, after a full period of 30 days.

What if my order is late?

The estimated delivery date provided is based on information from carriers and is unfortunately not a guarantee.

For international shipments, there may be several days in between tracking updates due to customs clearance processes. If there are recent updates in the tracking history, please wait for a few more days before you reach out to us and continue to monitor the updates. If there are no updates for several days, please reach out to our Walinsta's support team for further assistance.

Can you deliver an order to two separate addresses?

We cannot split an order between two addresses. If you like to send an order to two or more addresses, a separate order has to be placed for each.

Help, my discount code doesn't work!

You can enter your discount code in the cart or at the checkout. Make sure that you have entered the voucher code with no extra spaces or punctuation.

Bear in mind that coupon codes and offers can expire, and sometimes coupon codes can't be cumulated with other offers, so make sure that all the coupon conditions are met when applying the coupon.

Here are some common error messages, explained:

- “Coupon has expired”: Your coupon is out of date and cannot be applied
- “Coupon does not exist”: You have entered an invalid coupon
- “Another coupon is already in use, and cannot be combined with this coupon”: You cannot combine these two offers with each other.

Will my order be impacted by any delay?

Due to massive increase in e-commerce volume, there is a very high likelihood of delays in delivery. Our estimated delivery dates are based on shipping carrier estimates, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on time.

If you haven't received your order yet, this is what you can do:

- Check the tracking information for your order in your account and wait for your order to be shipped - our production times vary by product and it takes a few days for us to produce & ship your order.
- Check if your order was split into multiple packages. If that is the case, you should have received either 1 email with multiple tracking numbers, or multiple shipping confirmation emails with different tracking numbers.
- Wait a few days more. Some delivery partners are delivering parcels 3+ days late than expected for some of their packages.
- Get in touch with the shipping providers to find information regarding the latest delivery status of your order.
- Expedited orders: unfortunately, orders that are already in transit cannot be expedited.

If I order today, when will it arrive?

The delivery speed depends on many factors, such as the product, production time, delivery location and the shipping method selected. We aim to deliver in between 5 to 10 working days when possible, on selected countries.

Will my prints come with a frame?

Frames are not included with your Walinsta Prints at the moment. Unfortunately, we don't offer a framing service just yet, although this is something we are working on!

Do I need to indicate a correct postal code?

It is very important that you enter a fully correct delivery address including the postal code in order to ensure timely delivery of your order. After your order has been shipped, we have no control on your delivery shipping address and any other related instructions.

My order has been returned to Walinsta, can you resend it?

Unfortunately, we cannot resend undelivered orders if the post returns them to us. All undelivered orders are automatically recycled. We do not stock any additional inventory or unclaimed orders in our offices and atelier. Please contact us if you accidentally entered the wrong address and the order hasn't been shipped ASAP, or there was some other problem with the delivery for us to investigate this further.

Will Walinsta bundle my recent orders together in one shipment?

We are not able to combine multiple orders into one shipment as we print and ship 7 days a week. You may order as many designs as you wish in one order (just add them all to your basket before placing the order) and the shipping will be grouped together where and when possible.

Please note that some orders of a different category of products will be split into multiple parcels, meaning that the items will be printed in different print houses. By doing this, we ensure that you get the best quality products. You will receive two order confirmation emails and two tracking codes to easily follow the delivery status of your packages.

What if my order is showing as "delivered" but I have not received it?

If your tracking information says that your package has been delivered but you still have not received it:

- Verify the shipping address in your account under in your shipping confirmation email.
- Look for an attempted delivery note left by your carrier.
- See if someone else has accepted the delivery on your behalf (family members, neighbours, colleagues, etc.)
Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.

If you are still not able to locate your order and it is past the estimated delivery date promised by us, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you further.

Where is my confirmation email?

If you have placed an order with Walinsta but did not receive an order confirmation email then you have probably provided us with the wrong email address. Please contact us using the contact form or email us at info@walinsta.com and we will update your order information so you can receive your order confirmation properly.

What is your Return and Refund policy?

- If you receive a defect, damaged or not fit for purpose Product (jointly: "defect"), or the Product delivered is not of satisfactory quality, please report it within 5 days after the date you receive the Products by contacting us at info@walinsta.com. You may be asked to provide photographic or other documentary evidence of the existence of the issue for which you make the report.
- Subject to our "Quality Guarantee", we will at your option either redeliver the Product or refund the purchase price for the Product, if you report the existence of a defect in the Product or an issue with the quality of the Product delivered within the time frame specified above.

What if my items have been unclaimed?

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us or our partners and completely recycled. We do not store or stock any unclaimed products at our offices or atelier. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

How can I track my order?

Every orders are sent with a trace and track shipping service, completely free of charge! You can track your parcel all the way to your delivery address with your shipping details sent after purchase.

Where is Walinsta located?

Walinsta's home is North West London, in the UK, but our community is truly global. We are a fantastic team of 15 from over 10 different countries and work with partners around the globe.
